IMPORTANT Passenger Information
Arrive 15 Minutes Before Your Departure
Passengers are required to be at the pickup point for the desired shuttle at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure an on-time departure.
Additional Bag Fees
All fares purchased on our website include transport of one small and two large bags. Additional bags will incur a $5.00 per bag fee and will only be accepted if space is available. Passengers must request an accommodation for any extra bags in advance. Passengers booked through Greyhound or Amtrak should check their tickets for baggage allowance.
Intercity Service
Connections to the Eastern Shore from Western Maryland are available. Call our office to book continuing space on a shuttle.
Kids Ride Free!
At BayRunner, one child under 10 rides free with each purchase of a full priced fare!
Proof of age may be required to receive free child fare
Child Safety Seats
BayRunner Shuttle follows all Maryland laws regarding children in passenger vehicles. Children under 8 years old must ride in the appropriate safety seat, unless they are at least 4’9″ tall. Car seats can be provided at no additional charge, must be reserved in advance. Please call our office or add a note to your reservation specifying age of child and type of car seat requested (5-point harness, booster).
