- Follow the signs to the Departures/Ticketing Level. This is the UPPER level, one level up from the ground transportation level. Exit door number 11 and cross to the outer curb, under the “Frontier” sign. The shuttle will park anywhere between doors 10-12.
- Passengers are required to be at the pick up point for the desired shuttle at least 15 minutes prior to departure to ensure an on-time departure.
- There is NO free parking.
