Saver Fare
Saver Fares are a lower-cost option with limited flexibility.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 3 hours before your scheduled departure

Cancelled Saver Fare reservations will be issued as a future travel credit

Future travel credits expire 12 months from the date of issue

Missed Shuttle & Travel Delay Policy
(For passengers who book directly with BayRunner Shuttle via our website or by phone)

If you miss your shuttle due to a verified flight or train delay, you may transfer to the next available shuttle on the same day at no additional cost

If you miss the last shuttle of the day due to a verified delay, your reservation may be moved to a shuttle on the following day

BayRunner dispatch must be able to verify that your flight or train was delayed or canceled

Changes, refunds, or credits cannot be issued if the delay cannot be confirmed

No refunds or future credits will be issued if you choose not to wait for the next available shuttle

No refunds will be issued for missed shuttles due to connection delays or cancellations
Third-Party Bookings

Passengers who book through a third-party provider (including but not limited to Greyhound, Flix, or Amtrak) must contact the original selling agency for any refunds or changes

BayRunner Shuttle cannot modify or refund third-party reservations

What is the difference between a Flexible Fare and a Saver Fare?
A Flexible Fare gives you additional peace of mind because you can cancel the ticket up to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure with no cancellation fees and a full refund to the original form of payment.
Can I get a refund if I bought a Saver Fare?
Saver fares are non-refundable, but you can cancel up to 3 hours before your scheduled departure time and receive a future travel credit that is valid for 12 months.
How far in advance can I cancel a Saver or Flexible Fare?
Flexible Fares can be cancelled up to ten minutes before your scheduled departure, and are valid for a full refund. Saver Fares can be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to your departure, and are not eligible for refunds, but can be used as a future travel credit for 12 months.
How long does it take to process a refund from BayRunner Shuttle?
It generally takes between 5-7 business days. Note that only the fare amount is refundable, and service fees are not included.
Can I make changes to a reservation booked through a third-party service such as Greyhound, Amtrak, or Flix?
No, BayRunner cannot modify third-party bookings. If you booked through a third-party provider, you must contact them directly for refunds, changes, or modifications to your reservation.
